Imobilizarile fac parte din activul patrimonial al firmei si sunt bunuri economice destinate sa faciliteze buna desfasurare a activitatilor din cadrul firmei, valoarea lor urmand a fi recuperata pe parcursul anilor de folosire a lor.

Sibiul este situat in partea sudica a Transilvaniei pe raul Cibin si se situeaza la 45°47' latitudine nordica si 24°05' longitudine estica.
