Imobilizarile fac parte din activul patrimonial al firmei si sunt bunuri economice destinate sa faciliteze buna desfasurare a activitatilor din cadrul firmei, valoarea lor urmand a fi recuperata pe parcursul anilor de folosire a lor.

Sibiul este situat in partea sudica a Transilvaniei pe raul Cibin si se situeaza la 45°47' latitudine nordica si 24°05' longitudine estica. Altitudinea fata de nivelul marii variaza intre 415 m in Orasul de Jos si 431 m in Orasul de Sus. La sud la o distanta de cca. 30 km se situeaza mntii Carpati si defileul Vaii Oltului Poziţia geografică a municipiului i-a favorizat formarea şi evoluţia istorică. Prin Sibiu trec drumurile europene E 68 (Deva - Sibiu - Braşov) şi E 81 (Cluj - Sibiu - Piteşti), precum şi drumul naţional 14 (Sibiu - Mediaş - Sighişoara - Târgu Mureş), alături de alte drumuri judeţene. Este şi principalul nod de cale ferată din zonă. The hypothesis: for all the progress in the construction of the new identity of European Union, the European Civil Society (resistance against the coercive European Political Society) cannot accept “the embedded neo-liberalism” (the EU’s actual hegemonic Project) without finding real solutions for so-called “social fracture” of globalisation and this represents a big threat to the soft security model of Europe.
